The 6th volume of the series "Studies on German and Turkish criminal law" with the title NARCOTICS AND STIMULANT DRUGS AND CRIMINAL LAW was published

The German Law Research Center of the Özyeğin University has published the 6th volume of the series "Studies on German and Turkish criminal law"  with the title NARCOTICS AND STIMULANT DRUGS AND CRIMINAL LAW .

International regulations, especially German standards and German case law, are of great importance to Turkish law in the context of the ongoing drug problem, which is now reaching cross-border dimensions. In this context, the problems in the area of narcotics law were the subject of the German-Turkish Criminal Law Seminar, which took place in November 2017 at the University of Göttingen. This event is the result of many years of cooperation between the Research Center for German Law of the Özyeğin University Istanbul and the Criminal Science Institute of the Georg-August University Göttingen. The 6th volume of the series "Studies on German and Turkish Criminal Law" contains the topics of the lectures, which were debated and discussed during the seminar in Göttingen. We hope that this volume will be useful for Turkish and German lawyers.
